I love helping creative businesses become the best versions of themselves. While you dream about the art you create, I dream about the structure of how you are going to best deliver that art. So for those of you who want to “take your business to the next level”, I want to work with you — whether as a mentee or as a retainer client.
My mentoring sessions are designed for those creative business owners who want to discuss their business and strategize with me on how best to move forward. I provide concrete exercises and outline with my mentees the steps they need to take to achieve the goals we identify together. I would like to think of myself as a virtual CEO for my retainer clients. My goal is to work with these creative business owners to solidify the foundation of the core business while simultaneously identifying new growth strategies. Sometimes that demands a complete overhaul of the existing business and sometimes just fine tuning. Making deals is one of my most favorite things to do and my work definitely includes representing my retainer clients as opportunities present themselves. There is a more significant commitment to become a retainer client, but my aim is to remain flexible and always respectful of your time and money.
